Delivery
On orders taken before 12 noon Monday to Thursday we would expect next day delivery. Unfortunately on occasion delivery problems may arise. Late arrival may be the consequence; we offer a full cancellation and refund should this be the case. Returns and any postage costs incurred are the full responsibility of the buyer and not James Rose Oriental Carpets.
Colour
Although we endeavour to achieve the closest photographic likeness, monitor colours can vary and therefore we cannot be responsible for colour variation. If you aren’t happy with the colour of your purchase you can, of course, return it to us within 7 days as stated in the Refunds section.
Prices Descriptions and Sizes
On occasions prices sizes and descriptions are unavoidably misdescribed therefore we reserve the right to cancel the sale of mis-priced items this will not effect you statutory consumer rights.
Guarantee
All our rugs and carpets carry a 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials. Our wooden flooring carries a minimum of twelve months guarantee ranging to a 25 year manufacturers guarantee depending on the product – please ask for further details.
Stock
If we do not have the item in stock we will do our utmost to source the item if available. Otherwise, we can offer to have the item made to your specific size and colourway.
Refunds
We will happily refund any purchase price within seven days to goods received back in showroom condition, with a valid receipt and with all labels attached. All items remain property of James Rose Oriental Carpets until fully paid for . Recovery of such items will be fully at the cost of the buyer whatever the cost.
Cleaning Disclaimer
We promise to take the very best of care cleaning your carpets and rugs but very rarely, natural vegetable dye colours can run, therefore we cannot be responsible should this occur.
